Subject: Minutes from AYSO Board Meeting of February 7, 2005.
1. Meeting called to Order by: Anthony Wilkes at 6:30 pm at the Churchill County Parks and Rec Annex.
2. Members in attendance:

3. Abbreviated minutes: read and accepted
4. Abbreviated Treasurers Report: Region 360 Auditor gave recent Audit report. Records look real good. Suggestions made to have a few Board Members initial off on major purchases.
5. Administrators Comments:
Registrar: NTR
Safety: There was one insurance claim filed for last year. Needs RC signature to be ready to send in to the AYSO Claims department.
Safe Haven: NTR
Coach Administrator: NTR
Training Coordinator: NTR. We need to start looking at setting up training courses and ensuring there are enough instructors.
Division Coordinators:
U14 – NTR
U12 – NTR
U10 – NTR
U8 – NTR
U6 – NTR
5. Old Business
a. There will be no U-5 Division this year as the requirements are for a Master Coach to be an Advanced Coach Instructor. Knowing that those are few and far between, we will wait one more year and see who we can get certified as close as we can, and then request a waiver of that requirement for next year.
b. Motion made and passed to scrap Soccer Fest this year. The sponsor program will be the focus of our money supplement. The goal this year is to have each team with at least one sponsor.
c. The Asst RC, Secretary, and U-10 Div Coordinator positions are still open.
d. Volunteer forms are available on the AYSO website at www.eayso.org. 3 copies are needed, one for the member, one for our Region records and one to National Support and Training Center. They need to be filled out every year.
6. New Business
a. Pictures this year will be on Sept 10 or 17.
b. A meeting with CC Parks and Rec will be set up with the topic of discussion being a review or Fallon AYSO contract and the Snack Bar.
c. Motion made and passed for the following Registration Fees this year:
1 child = $65.00
2nd child = $60.00
3rd child = $55.00
4th child = $50.00
5th child, etc.
7. Action Items:
a. Next meeting we will review our Registration process about using computers during registrations.
b. Next meeting we will finalize the Section Meeting plans.
8. Administrative Remarks:
a. Thank you for all of your support and patience.
b. Next meeting will be March 7, 2005 at 6:30 at the Churchill County Parks and Recs Annex.
c. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm by the Regional Commissioner.
