Subject: Minutes from AYSO Board Meeting of July 11 2005.
1. Meeting called to Order by: Anthony Wilkes at 6:30 pm at the Agricultural Extension Office.

5. Administrators Comments:
Commissioner:
Asst RC: NTR
Coach Administrator: He will hopefully have a training session set up for the 25th and 26th of July.
CVPA: It needs to be put out to all volunteers that they need to re-sign volunteer forms every year.
Referee Administrator: NTR
Youth Referee Administrator: She is having a hard time getting hold of her possible youth volunteers, she has a list of about 22 youths.
Safety: He would like to have people approved to volunteer before the season starts, rather than find out while the season is going. He would like to have a better way to get the volunteer forms completed next year. U10 nets are still in need of replacement. U6 cones need to be re-ordered again.
Registrar: NTR
Training Coordinator: The turn out for training has been poor so far, hopefully things will pick up has coaches are found. There will be two more sessions for U6, U8, and U10, one more for U12 and a training session in Sparks for U14.
Public Relations: NTR
Sponsorship Coordinator: Went to 23 business and was only able to get one sponsor, she is trying to plan another way to find sponsors as teams come together.
Picture Day Coordinator: September 10 will be the picture day, packets are already put together, the prices will be the same as last year. She is not sure what the fundraiser will be this year. She would like to have the games scheduled to start after 9:00 am that way those teams can have their pictures done before their games and there won’t be such a crunch to get everybody in.
Webpage Coordinator: if you want something specific for you area of responsibility put on the webpage please send it to her.

5. Old Business
A. We need volunteer forms for board members completed and sent to NSTC to give board members the right access on eAYSO.
B. Does anyone have any forms at home, Jeff might he will check to see if they did get to the Registrar.
C. Soccer camp-we haven’t heard anything from Britannia on the dates that we have scheduled.
D. If you know of any children that are still interested in signing up for soccer, please refer them to the RC at 423-4184.
6. New Business
A. Volunteers all need to be put onto the volunteer list and turned into everyone on the board.
B. Refunds- there are five refund checks needing to be written out.
C. Team lists- will be given to coordinators tonight.
D. Navy Seabee’s will be surveying the corners of the soccer fields on the 22nd of July so that they are ready to be lined on the 23rd of July.
7. Action Item:
- Mary will remove the current Registrar’s number from the website and insert Tony’s there.
- A list of any referee’s needs to be sent to Tony and Ron Belbin.
- Tony will call Alan Kalt about his daughter playing soccer.
8. Administrative Remarks:
a. Thank you for all of your support and patience.
b. Next meeting will be August 1, 2005 at 6:30 at the Churchill County Parks and Recs Annex.
c. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm by the Regional Commissioner.
