Subject: Minutes from AYSO Board Meeting of March 15, 2005.
1. Meeting called to Order by: Anthony Wilkes at 6:30 pm at Numa Elementary School.
2. Members in attendance:

3. Abbreviated minutes: Read and accepted
4. Abbreviated Treasurers Report: Read and accepted.
5. Administrators Comments:
Coach Administrator: NTR
CVPA: NTR
Referee Administrator: NTR with the exception that Jeff Call and Ron Belbin attended a USSF class that certifies them to referee U-16/U-19 games. NSTC will be contacted to cross the certification to AYSO.
Safety: NTR
Registrar: NTR
Training Coordinator: NTR.
Division Coordinators:
U14 – NTR
U12 – NTR
U10 – NTR
U8 – NTR
U6 – NTR
5. Old Business
a. The Asst RC, Secretary, and U-10 Div Coordinator positions are still open.
b. Volunteer forms are available on the AYSO website at www.eayso.org. 3 copies are needed, one for the member, one for our Region records and one to National Support and Training Center. They need to be filled out every year.
c. Checks were written for hotel reservations for each person attending Section Meetings in Seattle, WA. Class itineraries were handed out to each person to be able to attend as many classes as possible.
6. New Business
a. Terri Gagliardo will assist Ron Belbin this year as the Youth Referee Administrator.
b. Flyer’s are being passed out this week for Registrations.
c. Becky Dendauw is the Sponsor Coordinator. She needs the form used from last year and also the names of all last years sponsors to solicit them again this year.
7. Action Items:
a. The RC will email the Sponsor Coordinator the forms used last year.
8. Administrative Remarks:
a. Thank you for all of your support and patience.
b. Next meeting will be April 4, 2005 at 6:30 at the Churchill County Parks and Recs Annex.
c. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm by the Regional Commissioner.
