Subject: Minutes from AYSO Board Meeting of May 2, 2005.
1. Meeting called to Order by: Anthony Wilkes at 6:30 pm at the Agricultural Extension Office.

Youth Referee Administrator: Would like to have jersey’s purchased if she meets her goal of 25 youth referees.
Safety: U10 net is full of holes and needs replacing. New U cones have been ordered for replacement.
Registrar: NTR
Training Coordinator: Schedules have been made for the training that is offered in our area. He hasn’t heard from anyone indicating they are wanting to go to the Golden Gate Camp. The fee for this camp is $225 for a 3 day course, which includes lodging and meals. It was asked if we could possible purchase Polo shirts for instructors.
Public Relations: The local papers have dates for our registration, the Churchill County Website shows the dates, Oasisol also has dates and a banner will be put out for registration.

7. Action Item: Eric Herzog will talk to the School Directors to make sure it’s okay to practice on the school fields.
