Mission Statement

To provide an enriching soccer program to children within Fallon, NV; working to develop an appreciation for the sport of soccer, while instilling an understanding of teamwork, good sportsmanship and fair play.

                This is accomplished by:

                              Coach training

 Referee training and recruitment

 Monitoring the Size of the Program within Fallon, NV

 Actively seeking and encouraging volunteers

 Instructional play in the lower divisions, U6 thru U10

 Competitive play introduced in U10

 Competitive play from U12 thru U19

On Going Objectives of the Program

• Provide ongoing education of coaches, volunteers, and referees.
• Promote “Positive Coaching”
• Promote “Kid Zones” at our play field(s) and practice areas to provide safe and enriching environment(s) for everyone.
• Recruit and encourage returning and new volunteers.
• Promote “Good Sportsmanship”
• Maintain all aspects of our program thru effective management. 
• To use the guidelines of the AYSO National Rules & Regulations, National Bylaws, Standard Regional Guidelines, and the FIFA Laws of the Game.
• To provide further guidelines specific to the region.
• To ensure every player should play 3 quarters of the game before any player plays the whole game.
• Recruit and encourage returning and new players.
